Timothy Hecker, 40 died Aug. 13, 2003

Wasilla resident Timothy Hecker died  at home of complications from
diabetes.

A service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the home of his brother, Todd Hecker, on
Guernsey Road in the Point McKenzie area. The Rev. Guy Moore will officiate.

Mr. Hecker was born March 22, 1963, in Minneapolis and was a high school
graduate. He moved to Wasilla three months ago from Dallas, Ore.

He was employed as an electrician and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

His family wrote, "He was a loving man who was always there to help."

Mr. Hecker is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carol and Dale Hamernick;
father, David Hecker; brother, Todd; niece, Kelsey; nephew, David; and extended
family, Stacy, Teagon, Chad and Kaitlyn.

Arrangements were by Valley Funeral Home & Crematory.
